The plan this week:
Class one:
Today we are going to work through a powerpoint about ‘The loneliest man in the universe’ and the theme of space. We will watch a video about the Lunar landing and discuss the consequences of it. We will also complete some grammar activities related to reading and use of english part 1.
Homework: please complete the exam task on the photocopy handed out in class.

Class two:
Today we will start by checking the homework from Tuesday’s class. We also work through listening part 2 of the exam from the exam booklet, and to finish off the class we are going to work through activities on page 17 and 18, which relate to part 3 of the reading and use of english exam.
Homework: Please complete the exam task on page 19. Secondly, I would like you to complete the following essay task:
Science is very important in the 21st century. How do you think it could be made more appealing to young people?
