Class one:
Today we reviewed how to talk about future plans using will, going to + verb, present simple and present continuous. Class two:
Today we are focusing on the theme of travel. Students will discuss what types of holidays they enjoy going on, and their favourite places and activities. We will also watch a video about a man who travelled the world in 40 days, and try to identify locations, cultures and activities.
The final part of the class will be a role play, in which students talk about different scenarios when planning their own holiday. Depending on their answers the holiday will either be successful, or a complete disaster!
Homework:
This week I would like you to write 140-190 about a special place that you have visited.
You should say:
- Where you visited
- What you did there
- Why it was so special
