Class one:
This week we are looking at the theme of travelling abroad. We are going to discuss your opinions and experiences regarding holidays, and then complete the listening exercise on page 123. Moving on from this, we will look at volunteering and the work organisations do to help in a charitable way. We will discuss if this really is beneficial, and watch a video about TOM’S shoes and their Buy one Give one model.
We will finish with a short video from Kid President about how to change the world
Homework:
Please read the handout given at the end of class about volunteer tourism, and look up any words you don’t know. Secondly, complete the reading exercise on pages 152-153.
Class two:
We are continuing the theme of travel, so today we will look at fixed expressions and vocabulary related to travelling. We will complete a speaking part 3 
And then a listening task on page 179.

Write us an account of your holiday
The best article will be published in the magazine
