Class one:
Today we looked at sport and sports psychology. We discussed how to be successful in sport and what physical and mental traits are required. We then watched the video below about the application and usefulness of sports psychology:

The main task of the class was to analyse and complete a reading part 6 exam task, based on the topic of sports psychology. We worked through it in conjunction with this powerpoint:

Class two:
Today’s focused turned to the natural world and the threats facing it. In particular we looked at Virunga national park in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We watched the following trailer:
