Class one
Today we joined forces with Anna’s class in a battle of wits. Students were given two tasks and asked to discuss solutions to the problems. The first of which was the one below:
Secondly, we looked at fruits that you are eating all wrong! Students had to decide the best way of eating a strawberry, a mango, a pomegranate, a kiwi, an orange, and a watermelon. We then found the solutions in the video below:
To finish class we played a couple of rounds of Stop the Bus! a game in which students complete categories using words beginning with the same letter.
Class two:
Today in class we are finishing off the students’ presentations about strange sports. Afterwards, we will discuss the solutions to various problems (in pairs) and decide on the best ones.
