Today we will learn about famous explorers. Students will take a quiz to see what explorer they would be (https://kids.nationalgeographic.com/games/quizzes/which-explorer/) and then watch a video about the youngest teenager to ski to the north pole (https://kids.nationalgeographic.com/videos/). We will then read about two explorers on page 32 of the students book and learn new vocabulary about the topic.
In class two we will start by revising the vocabulary on page 32 of the student book. We will then complete the crossword on page 32 of the activity book. Following this we will complete the map on page 33 of the book. Finally we will finish by revising the past progressive with a game.
