In Thursday’s class we are focusing on inversion. We began by looking at 3 inversions to replace as soon as and inversion to emphasise prohibition. We also completed exercise 2 on page 68. We then looked at how to invert conditionals. Students put this into practise with a light-hearted debate. To finish off, if we have time, we will give some micro presentations to practise individual long turn speaking.
