In Monday’s class we are going to read the next chapter of Diggory Bones on page 35. Students will then complete the questions in exercises 20 and 21 in their book on page 35. We will also play two games to revise the past continuous and past simple.

In Wednesday’s class we will be finishing off the unit, so there will be revision of the main points of this chapter. We will play a memory game to practise vocabulary of the great outdoors, and also complete the listening activity on page 37. Students will then play Jenga to practise forming and answering questions in the past simple and continuous.
