In Tuesday’s class we are going to focus on part 2 of the speaking exam. We will start by looking at what makes a good answer, and watch some of the answers given in official exams and decide how good or bad they are. Students will then voice record their answers and mark themselves using a correction sheet.
Homework: page 128 of the FCE trainer (photocopies will be given out in class)
In class two we will look at planning an essay. We will begin by discussing the structure of the essay and the phrases we can use in each part. Students will complete exercises 7 and 8 on page 65 of the book. We will then plan the exam task essay together in class. To finish we will play a game.
