After returning to work after Christmas, there seems to be a problem with staff motivation in the sales team. Please write a report giving your opinion of the following suggestions for improving staff morale:
- A party for the whole sales department.
- A weekend away for the most successful sales team.
- A monetary prize for the best salesperson.
I would appreciate any other suggestions.
