Hi guys,
Today we are going to have a scavenger hunt in our houses. Students have to find items in their homes based on certain criteria (for example something blue, or something small).
We will play a vocabulary game to practise forming nouns, verbs and adjectives, and there is also a Bamboozle to practise giving information about ourselves.
To finish off the class we will play a memory game in which students will have to remember a list of things they will take on a picnic.
For the class next week, I would like students to prepare a short presentation about themselves and their family.
Information to include could be:
- Your name and age
- Describe what you look like
- Hair colour, eye colour, the clothes you are wearing, if you are tall or short
- Your favourite activity
- a hobby or a sport
- Your favourite food
- Describe your family
- How many brothers or sisters you have- what are they called and how old are they
- What jobs do your mum and Dad do
- Any pets you have
