Class one
Today in class we are going to look at adjectives, comparatives and superlatives on page 24. To start off we will talk about our favourite shops. Students will talk together about what it sells and why they like it.
We will then listen to a boy talk about the shops he likes and which are the best for different reasons. Students will then give their own opinion on whether big shops are better than small ones.
After this we will revise the comparatives and superlatives and complete exercises 5 and 6 on page 24. Then we will play the following Bamboozle to practise the grammar.

Class two
Today we will start with the questionnaire on page 26 about what we do when we go to the city centre. We’ll then look at signs we might find in the city centre, and match them to the specific location we would see them. We will learn new vocabulary in exercise 3, and then complete the following exam task as a class: https://www.examenglish.com/PET/pet_for_schools_reading_part1.htm
Students will then work individually to complete the exam task on page 27.
We will finish with a Bamboozle to revise places in the city.
