Class one
Today we will review modal verbs of possibility and probability on page 66 and go through any doubts about some of the more advanced uses of these words. We will practise deduction and speculation using this Prezi link. We will also complete the part 4 exam task in pairs.

Class two
Today we are looking at languages and literature. We will start out by watching a video about how strange English as a language can be («Jabberwocky»: One of literature’s best bits of nonsense) and then discuss different literary devices on page 74.
We will complete exercises 1a and 1b on page 74, and then look at expressions using brain, face, head, mind and wits. We will also play a Kahoot to practise some of the expressions.
