Class one

In class one we will begin by reviewing as if and as though. We will then look at some expressions to compare and contrast. We will work in pairs to practise speaking about two photographs like in part 2 of the speaking exam. We will then complete the listening task on page 49 of the book. We will finish off the class by reviewing how to talk about the future, and practice with this Bamboozle: FUTURE FORMS

Homework:

Complete the reading exam task on pages 46 and 47

Class two

In class two we will look at the future continuous and the future perfect on page 56. We will practise by speaking in pairs about things we will have done by a certain point in the future (using the speaking cards below.) We will also talk about things we will be doing at specific points in the future.

We will finish with Bamboozle to further practise this grammar: Future Perfect vs Future Continuous
