Hi Everyone,
Today we will start the lesson with a running dictation to practice vocab from last week.
There will be 2 teams with a reader and a writer. The reader will come to the front, read a sentence and then run back and say it to the writer. The writer has to write down what they hear.
The first team to finish the sentence accurately wins!
We will then do listening activities 1-6 on p. 8 of the Compact PET book.

Hi Everyone,
As today’s starter we will do a game of wordshake.
We will then do a review quiz for the present continuous and present simple tense.
We will continue with Unit 1 of the Compact PET book today.
We will do writing activities 1-9 on pages 12 and 13.
We will finish with a kahoot to practice vocabulary.
Homework
(for Tuesday 12th October): Exam task on p. 13. Write your response to Jo’s email in 100 words.
