Tuesday
Yesterday was World Animal day, so in this class today we will look at some activities and games on that theme. Also we will look at the Beep 4 Students Book and workbook and use your English to talk about How to Ask Questions, How to Talk About Hobbies and Talking About Our Daily Routines.
- First, we will look at the Beep 4 book on the Whiteboard and do a Karaoke where we can learn and SING a song in English.
- Then, we can play a few games about animals. First an Animal Bamboozle
- Then we can play 20 Questions where one person thinks of an animal and we have to guess what it is.
- Then we will continue Beep 4 and look at how to talk about hobbies and daily routines.
- Last, we will write questions and ask each other about our Daily Routines (eg. What time do you wake up?)
Thursday
Today is another special day, World Poetry Day, so it is time to be poets and write some POETRY in English.
- First, we will do a great activity where we need to think of RHYMING words, this helps us with pronunciation.
- Then we will read some Funny Kids Poems together and look at the rhyming words
- Then we can even try to WRITE poems.
- Finally we will look at the BEEp 4 books and do some activities about daily Routines
Homework
Please write, on paper, 50 words about your Daily Routines, using lots of Present Simple tenses.
