Monday
Today we will learn techniques to help with reading part 6 (FCE) and reading part 7 (CAE). Students will complete pages 33-34 of the book. This will involve learning linking words that students can use in their writings.
We will also complete listening part 2 on page 55.

Wednesday
We will focus on the topic of technology and smartphones today. We will start with a short quiz about smartphone usage and what we generally use our phones for.
Students will then complete listening part 3 on page 57.
We will then look at article writing. We will discuss in pairs the topic below, and plan content for our article. We will revise the structure as well as useful language.
Articles wanted!
We want to know about the technology that young people use every day. Tell us about one device that is really important to you in your daily life. What do you like about it? How could it be better? Would you recommend it to other teenagers?
We will publish the best articles next month!
