Welcome back everybody! Today we will start off the class by discussing our Christmas break and the different things we did.

We will discuss how the NY resolution started and what some of the most common and difficult ones are.

We will then talk about a common resolution which is deciding to travel more. We will discuss where we want to travel to this year, and watch a video about the top 10 places to visit in 2023: Top 10 Places To Visit in 2023 (Year of Travel)
Following this we will look at pages 56 and 57 in the book. We will complete exercises 1-4 to learn new vocabulary related to travel, and then finish class with a Bamboozle https://www.baamboozle.com/game/316084

Thursday
Today we will start class with the listening activity on page 57. We will watch this video 10 Most EXTREME Sports for Adrenaline Junkies and then talk about which activities we would and wouldn’t like to do. We will also discuss theme parks and if we like them.
Next we will complete activities 1-4 on page 57 (related to the listening).
Following this we will revise un/countable nouns by watching the grammar explanation video on page 58. We will complete exercises 1-3 as a class, then students will pair off and complete exercise 4 together.
