Monday:
Today we will start by doing some verbal revision of the countable and uncountable nouns we looked at last week.
Some questions to ask yourself:
Is «advice/accommodation/ transport» etc. countable or uncountable?
Is there an unofficial rule we can apply to help us remember whether these types of nouns are countable or uncountable?
Are the nouns «time» and «money» countable or uncountable?
What could be an explanation for this?
Then we will turn to pg. 60 in your book and do some Use of English practice: ex. 1,2,3,4 5 and 6.
Wednesday
In this class we will be looking at how we use articles:
Revision: what choices of articles do we have for countable and uncountable nouns?
On pg. 63 in your book, we will do ex. 1-4 together and correct them.
If we have time, we will start looking at vocabulary on pg. 62
