This week we are keeping the classes related to the speaking exam. In class one we will revise speaking parts 1 and 2 on pages 102-103. We looked at ‘time buying’ sentences to help in part 1, and then the structure to answer part 2 more effectively.
For homework, please complete activity ‘b’ on page 103.
In class two we are moving onto parts 3 and 4 on pages 106-108. We’ll study some interactive phrases and practise them in a speaking exam practice, then discuss questions related to the topic in part 4. This will also help to prepare students for the homework, which is the following task:
