This week we only have one class since Thursday is a holiday.
So, in class this week we will focus on job interviews. To start off we will watch a great little video about a man whose job interview took a very unexpected turn! Then we’ll discuss the top tips and necessary personality traits for a successful job interview.
As a class we will connect the phrases in exercise 5exercise 5 on page 100, and students will work in pairs to rewrite them in formal language including some of the expressions from exercise 7.
We’ll then practise using these expressions in an interview role play.
For homework, please complete the writing task (letter of recommendation) on page 100.
