Video-Games-WorksheetDescarga

If you think you know who Pac-Man, Mario and Lara Croft are, this is a lesson for you.  It’s based on a short history of video gaming and top 7 games that shaped that industry. To start we will discuss in small groups some warm-up discussion questions that introduce the topic. Next we will look at synonyms. Students will match up pairs of words they’ll need to know before watching the video. We will then complete a listening comprehension based on the video and also look at some fixed expressions and idioms that come up. To finish the class we will have a class discussion and debate based on the topic.
