In class two we are going to stay on the topic of the environment, but we will focus on speaking part 3 and 4. Specifically, we will focus on expressions to replace the typical I dis/agree, what do you think? Etc.
We will begin by completing the following statements:
Working in groups, students will look at this website which tests our knowledge of climate change solutions. They have to discuss the ideas using the language of dis/agreement and then try to agree on the order of effectiveness.
Next students will work in small groups to rewrite these sentences in order to make them less direct.
We will then work in pairs to answer these questions using all the expression from today:
