Tuesday
Speaking, Writing and Vocabulary – Students discussion about the different meanings of nouns when they are countable or uncountable. Students take examples of countable and uncountable nouns from example sentences and write sentences changing the countable nouns to uncountable and vice versa. (Page 32 ex 2)
Speaking and grammar – Students complete a gap fill exercise focusing on the use of no, none and not before reviewing the grammar. Finally students correct mistakes often made by CAE candidates (page 32 ex 1/2)
Thursday
Speaking – Students discuss questions using the passive.
Grammar– Students complete a series of grammar exercises designed to highlight the structure and use of the passive (page 33 ex 1/2/3/4/5)
Homework – Students complete 6 on page 33
