Homework Review- Students read their formal versions of pop songs for the other members of the class.
Speaking- In pairs students discuss/review aspects of formal and informal speaking and writing.
Writing and grammar – in pairs students rewrite sentences with informal grammar and structure with a more formal style.
Thursday
Speaking- Students discus the pre reading questions about Nature vs Nurture (ex 1 page 36)
Reading and Grammar- students complete a reading and use of English part 2 task, with pointers. (ex 2 page 36)
Reading and Grammar- students complete a reading and use of English part 2 task, without pointers. (ex 13page 36)
Speaking- Students talk about where their physical characteristics and likes and dislikes come from. (ex 4 page 36)
