Today we will look at vocabulary related to travelling and destinations. We’ll work from pages 90-91 as well as the following online games:

Class two
In class one we will begin with two role plays about horrible hotel experiences. This will incorporate revision of subject-auxiliary verb inversion. Continuing with this revision, we will complete the following activities found on page 57.
We will then look at how to write a letter of complaint, based on their hotel experience.
Homework:
You have just been staying in a luxury apartment on your recent holiday, but the standard of the accommodation was very poor. The holiday company that you booked with has offered you a discount for your next holiday booking, but you have decided you would prefer a cash refund instead, since you have no intention of using the company again. Write a letter to the company outlining the problems you experienced with the accommodation and the action you want them to take.
