Class 1 – Tuesday, November 9th
Hi everyone and I hope you have a great Tuesday! Today we are going to take a look at the present continuous and learn how and when to use it!
First we will do activities 1 – 5 on the page 15 and 16, Student’s book.
We will then have a conversation practice while also using present continuous to express actions happening at the moment. This activity will be done in pairs, student A will take a look at the picture on the page 149 and student B will look at the picture on the page 150. They will talk about their pictures and ask questions using present continuous to find out what people are doing in their partner’s picture.
We will finish with a game to practice word order, present continous and present simple:

Class 2 – Thursday, November 11th
Today we are going to review necessary vocabulary about free time and hobbies, big numbers (100 and 1000) and take a look at life+ing form and forming positive and negative sentences to express likes and dislikes with this form.
