I hope you all had a very nice weekend and are ready to learn some English! Last week we did some great work on the Speaking Part 2, so we can review it quickly.
Today in the class we will:
- Page 26 is about Travel Advice, so we will do that page.
- Then we can play a Holiday Bamboozle
- Also, let’s watch a video. It is the Top 10 Hols countries, we will guess, watch, then chat.
- Page 27 is more about Zurich and holidays.
- Finally, we will look at some Speaking Part 4 questions about holidays.
Wednesday
This is the last class of the week, so we will give and talk about the homework today. Also, we will:
- We will look at Reading Use Part 6 and it is quite hard, so first we will talk about it.
- Then, on Page 28 and 29 in the book is a few exercises about the Part 6.
- This is a Reading and use 6
- The Topic of Social Media is good, so lets have a discussion and set the homework.
Homework
As usual I stress the importance of homework. This week the homework will be:
- We talked about Social Media, so please write an ARTICLE about the dangers of social media, should it be banned?
