Class 1, Tuesday – November, 16th
Today we are going to take a look at different ways to make suggestions and to accept or refuse them.
First we will open our books on page 14, Student’s book and explain a difference between „Do you like…?“ and „Would you like…?“
We’ll then watch a video to identify the phrase „Would you like…“:

We will then do activities 2 and 4 on page 14 of the Student’s book.
Next thing will be a Baamboozle game – ID: 616890 to further practice making suggestions and how to react to them.
We’ll finish with a speaking practice 5 on page 14.. Students will do the exercise in pairs, inviting each other to different events using the „Would you like…“ phrase and practice saying yes or no to invitations.
Class 2 – Thursday, November 18th
First we’ll revise making suggestions with this activity where each students will draw a card with an event on it and invite another student they choose to come along with them. The student who’s invited should accept or refuse an invitation, using one of the phrases from the previous lesson:
