Class 1 – Monday, December 13th
Hello everyone! Today we will start a new unit – Where are you from?
In this unit we will learn names of the countries, how to ask people about their country of origin and talk about our own.
We will also learn relevant vocabulary such as country, flag, capital and languages.
First we will begin by asking each other „Where do you come from“ and practicing a dialogue: each student will draw a flashcard with a country/flag on it and must answer that they come from that country when asked.
Then we will do activities 1 and 2 on page 13, and 3-4 on page 14 in Activity book.
We will finish with an activity 13 on page 19.
Class 2 – Wednesday, December 15th
Today we will continue our work on countries and languages.
First we’ll do activity 5 on page 15 in Activity book.
Next we’ll do activity 14 on page 19 of Activity book.
We’ll finish with activities 1, 2 and 3 in Activity book on page 20:
Before we go, we’ll have a coloring activity: each student will choose three flags and color them according to a real flag.
