Class 1 – Monday, January 17th
Hi everyone! Today we will start a new unit – Months.
First we’ll learn how to pronounce all the months in a year.
Then we will do activity 1 on page 21 of Activity book and put them all in order.
Next we’ll talk about our favorite months. This is a conversation practice exercise which will be done in pairs – one student will ask a question (What is your favorite month?) and another one will answer.
Next we’ll do listening practice and do the exercise 5 on page 23.
We’ll wrap up the class with an exercise 1 on page 28.
Class 2 – Wednesday, January 19th
Today we’ll revise days of the week and months.
Then we’ll learn the four seasons and draw them on board (each student will choose one season and draw a picture related to this season, explaining what it means for them).
We’ll have a conversation practice about things we do in summer and things we do in winter.
Then we’ll move on with an activities 12 and 13 on page 26 of Activity book.
We will finish with 2 worksheets to further practice days of the week and seasons of the year:
