Class 1 – Tuesday, February 15th
Hi everyone! Today we will start with a listening practice and do an activity 2 on page 41: the objective of this activity, other than listening practice, is to learn more phrases to express an attitude towards a particular sport or activity.
Next we will start the unit 6 – Have you got any homework?
First we’ll do a little revision and do an activity 1 on page 42, Student’s book.
We’ll watch a video about kids talking about their favorite subjects:

and then talk about our favorite subjects (and of course, the least favorite ones!)
We’ll finish bookwork with a vocabulary task 1 on page 44 to revise classroom objects.
Then we’ll have some conversation practice and create our ideal school, making sure we use the vocabulary we’ve just reviewed when describing our perfect classroom.
Class 2 – Thursday, February 17th
Today we’ll start by explaining the „have to“ form. We’ll start with an activity 5 on page 44, Student’s book and learn the difference between „have to“ and „to have“ form.
We’ll continue with an activity 6 on the same page.
Next we’ll take a break from the book and practice „have to“ with a Kahoot:

We’ll finish bookwork with an activity 2 on page 43.
We’ll practice „have to“ form with a game „2 truths, 1 lie“ where each student needs to write 3 statements beginning with „have to“ where only 1 of them will be truthful. The rest need to identify and guess the truth.
