Class 1 – Tuesday, February 22nd
Hi everyone and happy Tuesday! We will kick off today with a picture on page 40, activity 1.
After we guess what city is in the picture, we will talk about Japan a little bit, suggest our ideas about Japan and see what we know about this fascinating country.
Next we’ll watch a video about Shibuya crossing and see a famous Hachiko statue. We’ll also talk about a movie but don’t worry, we won’t watch it – our class is about happy things!
Next we’ll do task 3 on page 40 of the Student’s book to practice adjective superlatives.

Class 2 – Tuesday, February 24th
We’ll start with a conversation practice today. We will revise using “by” when talking about transport and talk about how we go to school every day.
Next we’ll watch a video how the kids around the world go to school:

We’ll then listen to activities 21 and 22 on page 41 and see how Cambridge exam candidates talk about differents means of transport and which one they prefer to get to school.
We’ll focus on speaking practice the rest of the class – we’ll spin the wheel and play “Have you ever…”:
