Class 1
We’ll start by correcting the answers to the Reading homework – exercise on page 65.
Then we’ll continue speaking about holidays. Listening exercise 3 on page 67.
Next we will have a look at writing an article for the exam. We’ll do some training exercises, look at questions and model answers. Including a review of past simple or past continuous form of verbs.
Followed by a speaking activity in pairs – taking photos of special events etc.
Homework due Wednesday 13th April: Writing Exam Task on page 69 – A favourite photo.
Class 2
In this class we will start revision of the units. We’ll start with a review of Unit 1 – present simple/present continuous; Prepositions; vocabulary for school.
Starting with the exercises on page 70 in the textbook, followed by some in the workbook and then some extra online exercises.
We’ll finish with some vocabulary games, practicing these themes.
