Correction of homework first – Reading & Use of English Exercise 3 on pages 76-77.
Then we’ll start off the lesson with a listening on skydiving. We’ll read through the questions first and underline the key parts, then listen – page 80.
We’ll then move onto a Speaking Part 3 exercise on page 81 which will be done in pairs. Followed by another of the same exercise on page 82.
Next we will briefly look at writing an article. We’ll read the article questions which is for homework, then look at a model answer and some useful phrases to use.
We’ll finish by watching a video: Everest – getting to the top. We’ll have a discussion and do some questions about adventure and extreme sports.
