It goes without saying that schools play a vital role in motivating children to exercise regularly since young people spend a huge amount of time there. Nevertheless, some people argue that sport in school can be too competitive and this may deter children from wanting to exercise. Therefore, there must be a balance between competition and having fun in order to maintain high levels of motivation.
