- Continuing from last week with adjectives and vocabulary to talk about buildings and cities.
- Adjectives and their opposites – cheap, expensive, safe, dangerous etc. Speaking activity to say what you would describe in Valencia as these adjectives.
- Big and enormous – grading adjectives.
- Then listening Part 3 – on page 40 of the textbook.
- Finally a speaking exercise – listen to an audio of a family choosing a holiday – what holiday did they choose?
Homework for Wednesday – Writing an email. Answer the email to Stevie on page 40.
Friday
- Today will be revision from Units 3 and 4. Pages 42-43
- Prepositions of place – near/behind etc
- Phrasal verbs
- Infinitive or -ing form of verbs
- Comparatives / superlatives and other adjectives.
- Bamboozle and Jeopardy games to revise this grammar and vocabulary.
