Tuesday
- We’ll continue with Animal Magic today. Revising the animal names first and what they can see in a picture.
- Then using the present continuous to say “it’s drinking/it’s running/it’s climbing”
- We’ll then listen to and read a story, then watching the video. Describing what they animals are doing.
- Finishing with a game.
Thursday
- Today we will start with an activity in the workbooks – filling out what the animals are doing, using present continuous and some new verbs.
- Then we will look at the theme of pizza because it is Pizza Day today!
- We’ll look at some food vocabulary – particularly pizza toppings.
- Then the students will have a chance to create their own pizza and draw it, labelling the toppings
- Finally a game of ‘make a pizza’ on the board.
