Today we will start a new chapter which is all about intelligence, personality and psychology. We will begin by creating a list of ten characteristics that depict us (for example, how you would describe your personality, abilities, and physical appearance). We will then discuss if we are born with these characteristics, or if we learn them as we grow up. To learn more about Nature/nurture, we will watch this video:
We will then complete exercises 3 and 4 on page 20.
We will also discuss intelligence and what makes a person smart- is it just academic or are there other types? We will discuss what types of intelligence we most possess. Finally we will look at animal intelligence to help prepare us for the homework. We will see a video about a very intelligent animal!

Complete the reading task on pages 20-21
Take this personality test and make a summary of your results. We will discuss these in the next class.
