Hello everyone! 🙂

Monday:

Today we are going to do a little pronunciation practice to do with vocabulary about school on Pg. 33, ex. 5.

Put the words in the correct column according to its pronunciation and then we will repeat all the words together out loud.

Some questions to ask ourselves:

Did you pronounce any of these words differently before doing this exercise?

How did you say the words before and how would you say them now that you have learn the correct pronunciation?

Next we will do some grammar exercises to revise the comparative and superlative adjective and adverb formations we learnt about last week.

Some questions to ask ourselves before we start:

How to we form comparative adjectives? Do we follow the same general rules to form comparative adverbs?

How is the superlative formed for adjectives? Is it the same for adverbs?

Are there many exceptions to these rules? What are they?

Grammar ex. 1,2,3,4,5.

Now let’s prepare for the next class by watching a video about Valentine’s day!

Wednesday:

Let’s talk about Valentines Day!

Do you remember the video we watched on Monday? What do you remember?

Who «invented» Valentines Day or who was it named after?

Is there a story behind it? What’s that story?

Why does it fall on February 14th?

What is this day about and what do we do to celebrate it?

Now let’s do a Valentine’s wordsearch!

Can you think of any other words missing from this wordsearch?

If we have time left we can also do a valentines crossword.
