Tuesday:
Now that we have been working together for a few weeks, I think it’s time we got to know each other a little more. Also, as we might have some of Shane’s student’s joining us for this week, I thought it was a good opportunity to share some more info about ourselves. I am going to write 6 statements on the board and you have to guess which are true and which are false about me and say why.
Now, I’d like to get to know you a little bit more, so let’s talk about what you like to do in your free time.

To end the class, let’s play a game where you have to explain the word which appears on the card without saying that word and 3/4 others listed there. Your classmates have to guess what word you are trying to explain. Don’t worry, I’ll help you!
Thursday:
Today I would like to continue getting to know you, so let’s look at some adjectives which we can use to describe ourselves!
Can you suggest different adjectives we could use to describe ourselves. I can help you find the right word in English, so don’t worry!
Let’s write all these adjectives on the board.
Can you think of the opposite of these adjectives?
Let’s quickly fill out the worksheet about adjectives which describe physical appearance.
Now I would like you and your partner to write 10 lines about an imaginary person you would like to describe. I want you to describe their appearance and their personality in the most detail possible! You can use the words on the board to help you, as well as other adjectives you come up with. Don’t hesitate to ask me for help if you need it :).
