Hello everyone!
As we talked about «Getting away» last week, we are going to continue on the topic of travel today.
First of all, let’s revise some of the vocabulary we looked at last week in our books: different types of holidays and activities we can do on holiday.
Can you put you hand up and help me remember what that vocabulary was?
Now I want to ask you about the meaning of some phrasal verbs to do with travel but first, can you remember and tell me what a phrasal verb is exactly?
Phrasal verbs we want to understand the meaning of:
Get around
Get away
Look around
Check in
Check out
Stay over
Set off
finally let’s play some games where we practice our travel vocabulary using the following Powerpoint presentation 🙂
