Hello all 🙂 !

Tuesday:

I hope you had a wonderful easter break and long weekend.

Today we are going to start with some conversation about what you did over the holidays.

Did you go anywhere or did you stay in Valencia?

What did you do? Who dId you spend time with?

What was the best thing about the Easter break for you?

Would you change anything about what you did during the holidays and why or why not?

Now I would like us to have a very quick revision of what we looked at before the holidays of the use of «be going to» to talk about the future.

Let’s look at the Powerpoint presentation from out last class to refresh out memories.

Remember, we use going to for predictions, plans and intentions 🙂

Thursday:

Today we are going to start by looking at the use of the present continuous for future.

First of all, can you tell me what the present continuous is?

How do we form it?

What do we usually use it to express?

Let’s take a quick look at the Powerpoint on future tenses (slide 8).

Now go to page 145 in you books and let’s start by doing exercises 1, 2 and correcting them together.

Finally, let’s look at age 145 and do exercises 1, 2 and 3 together.

Now it’s time to play!
