Wednesday 3rd November
Today we will start Unit 3 of the book – Story World. We will learn the vocabulary for fictional/fairytale characters such as witch, dragon, princess etc. We will sing a song to get familiar with the vocabulary.
Next we will learn about descriptions. The children will learn to say if a character is tall, short, fat, slim etc. Then we will play a game in pairs, looking at a picture with different characters and guess the character by the description – speaking practice.
We will also listen to some stories.
