This week we will be doing book work.
We will do the exercises in the children´s workbook for Unit 2 – playgrounds. The children will start with a tracing and colouring exercise, refreshing their vocabulary on playground items and toys: sandpit, seesaw, slide etc.
I will ask them questions such as «Where is the swing?» and they can point in their books.
They will practice some drawing, colouring and tracing, as well as a stciker matching exercise for fun.
In the second class this week they will do some book work on Unit 3, which we finished last week – «I´m hurt». They will draw a picture of themselves, and we will talk about body part vocabulary again.
We will finish with a game of Simon Says to reinforce the vocabulary on parts of the body and instructions such as «point to/wiggle/move» etc.
