Class 1 – Tuesday, November 23rd
Hi everyone! Today we’re starting a new unit – Eating in, eating out. Before we start working through all the activities in this unit, we are going to learn a difference between the expression „there is“ and „there are“.
They are commonly used in English so we will practice when to use them with activitiy 1 on page 93 (Grammar reference):
We will continue with a Baambozle quiz (there + verb „to be“), ID: 93822
Then we will do activities 3 and 4 in Student’s book on page 18.
We will finish with this funny game where we need to know when to use „there is“ and when to use „there are“ and also be very quick because the train… well, the train doesn’t wait for anyone! So, think quick!
