Monday 13th December
Today we will start a new topic in the book: the natural world.
We will complete the quiz below in pairs and see who knows the most about space and all things science.
We will talk about space travel and specifically missions to Mars. We will watch a short video about a current project to send humans to Mars and talk about how feasible it is and what a person would need to do to prepare for the mission.
Then we will move onto the listening task which is all about a new planet discovery. After checking the answers we will watch a short Ted talk about what happens to body in space.
