Class 1
Today we will start with an exercise on page 43 of the textbooks – filling in the gaps of questions, then asking and answering them in pairs about where you live, your birthday etc.
Then a reading exercise filling in the gaps on page 44 using words from a box. «What has Charlie lost?»
We will finish with a Bamboozle on times of the day for revision from the previous unit.
Class 2
Today we will start a new unit – The Time of the Year.
We will look at vocabulary such as months, seasons, days, time periods, parts of the day etc.
We will start with an exercise defining these words and writing the answers to questions on page 46.
Then an exercise matching words and phrases to each season.
We will finish today with a game of Don’t Speak – the game where you have to describe words for your team to guess.
