Tuesday 26th
Today we will learn all about materials, and the passive voice. We will begin by looking at unit 36 in the book and learning the names of various materials. We will use the following bamboozle to help us with this:

Then we will learn about the passive structure and how, when and why to use it. We will play “name three” using the following handout:
Students will then come up with their own ideas and write three sentences in the passive to describe an object.
To finish class we will play a round or two or wordshake.
Thursday 28th
Today we will start with a review of materials from chapter 36 in the book.
We will then review the present passive with the following activity: PRESENT PASSIVE VOICE – Quiz

We will then test our general knowledge with a trivia quiz that uses the passive voice: Passive Trivia | Baamboozle
We will finish off class with a description game.
