Today we will start chapter one of the book: Our World
Students will learn different countries and how to spell their names. We will listen to descriptions of countries and guess which nation is spoken about.
We will play the following games to help us learn this topic:
We will also learn how to say nationalities by watching this lego video and playing the following game:
Students will then give a very short presentation to their partner telling them:
- Their name
- Their age
- Which country they live in
- Their nationality
- One thing they like, and one thing they don’t like
Thursday
Today we will read the information about Daisy on page 9, and then answer the questions about her.
Students will then give their own answers to their partner.
Next we will learn about possessive adjectives:

We will look at the schools fact file on page 9 and compare our schools and the children’s school.
